AVID Property Group is proud to be recognised by the Diversity Council of Australia, and importantly, for our people, as a Diverse & Inclusive Employer for 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2025-2026.

Our Workforce
Diversity and inclusion ensures our employee base broadly represents our community and enables us to consider business challenges from a range of perspectives. This leads to better decision making and ultimately, better business outcomes.
Creating a culture where diversity and inclusion is valued has been embraced from the top down and driven by a blend of high-level strategies and smaller initiatives. We want our people to be their authentic selves at work. Everyone has a voice, everyone contributes, and we leverage the strength of our collective differences.
