Welcome to the fourth edition of Together magazine, a place where we celebrate AVID’s thriving communities across the country.
At AVID, we strive to build neighbourhoods that foster togetherness, belonging, and, of course, fun to make our residents feel truly at home.
In the past year, we’ve gone from strength to strength – welcoming close to 2,500 residents into our communities located along the Australian eastern seaboard states.
A testament to the efforts of our team, we have continued to be recognised by leading industry bodies, with our Covella community awarded Residential Subdivision winner at the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) Queensland Awards for Excellence. Our strides outside of development were also recognised by the UDIA’s New South Wales arm, as we were proudly named the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Company of the Year for 2024.
While awards such as these help to solidify and acknowledge our successes, our focus is always on designing neighbourhoods where our residents are proud to belong. Throughout our communities we bring cultures and neighbours together through a commitment to activations, sponsorships and grants of local businesses, schools, and charities.
Together allows us to share the many stories of our customers who inspire the AVID team to design and deliver desirable addresses.
