AVID is now responsible for all AVJ projects, contracts and supplier relationships.  

AVID is one of Australia’s top five residential developers by landholdings and has a proven track record of long-term supplier relationships. As part of this acquisition, your existing contract remains valid, and you can continue any current agreements in place.  

There is no action required from you at this time. However, we will be in touch shortly to update you on any changes to payment details, future business or contact information if applicable.  

Some project contacts may change as we continue to integrate teams. You will be notified directly if this affects your work. In the meantime, please continue liaising with your usual contact.

Leading the overall strategic direction and operations of the AVID business, Cameron has more than 20 years’ experience in private sector and government.

His involvement across all property sectors includes joint venture projects and large-scale housing companies. He holds a Master of Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma of Land Economics, Bachelor of Town Planning and has Real Estate Agent licences in multiple jurisdictions.

Cameron also currently sits on the Property Council of Australia’s Residential Development Council and is a New South Wales Councillor at the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Managing AVID’s greenfield developments in New South Wales and apartment developments across the country, Danny has more than 30 years’ experience in urban development working on all sides and stages of residential land and apartment projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours and has qualifications in project management and building and has also been a member of the Urban Taskforce and committee member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Working across AVID’s New South Wales business, Nathan has more than 15 years’ experience in the property development industry. As Development Manager at Forest Reach, Nathan is responsible for the delivery of the community, from handover and planning through to construction and completion.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Property Economics along with a Higher Education Certificate of Construction Management from the University of Technology Sydney. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practicing Valuer and has been an active committee member at the Urban Development Institute of Australia for more than five years.

Nicholas has over 45 years’ experience in construction and estate management having worked in the UK where he held senior positions in central government and public & private property development. He joined the AVID Business in 2010 and has held several key roles in operational management including pre-construction and product delivery, management of the WH&S System, Quality, Contract Management and most recently he leads the Customer Team in delivering on AVID’s commitment to our AVIDConnect service platform.
